Chris Howard

Chris Howard is a Senior Development Manager at Sablestone with over 15 years’ experience in corporate Real estate and Property Analytics. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Post Graduate degree in Property Development. Chris’s experience includes local Council strategic planning at Waverley Council, Head of Investment and Asset Management roles at major construction and development firms including AltX, Grocon, Poly and AECOM.

Chris’s expertise includes acquisitions & capital transactions, funds management, commercial office & retail leasing, debt raising, asset management, due diligence, contract negotiation, financial modelling, and development management. Chris’s experience also includes a mix of commercial, retail, and residential property across the eastern & western seaboard of Australia as well as London, UK

Grant Sandler

Grant Sandler is a Development Manager and Architect with extensive experience in the construction and property industry.

Grant has 15 years industry experience overseeing all phases of design, construction, and design management of multimillion-dollar projects for both Government and Private-Sector Clients.

Roles performed include lead design coordination and management on large mixed use, residential, commercial and heritage buildings, with extensive experience in adaptive re-use of heritage buildings. 

Grant’s extensive design and coordination experience provides a unique understanding of the key drivers for each stakeholder on a project. Having this knowledge provides a powerful tool when assessing and managing all facets of the project while creating a cohesive team environment that benefits all and achieves successful outcomes.

Craig Blackstone

Craig Blackstone is the Managing Director of Sablestone Property Group. Craig is an architectural graduate of the University of Witwatersrand with post graduate degrees in Property Development and Management (sustainable design principles) and an MBA from the University of Wales TSD.

Craig has over 25 years’ experience in the building and real-estate industry and has completed and successfully managed numerous residential, hospitality, mixed use and commercial developments.

Craig was previously the General Manager of Real Estate Developments and Senior Development Manager at the Denwol Property Group where Craig was responsible for the Development Investments undertaken by the Group.
